ADAPT certified teacher, Acrobatique teacher, PBT
Natalie Saunders is a passionate dancer, teacher, and choreographer. Formally trained in R.A.D. Ballet, I.S.T.D. Tap and Modern, C.D.T.A Jazz, and A.D.A.P.T. Jazz, Natalie is a great asset to Dans’Atout, where she has been dancing since she was 8 years old.
Now as a teacher, she prepares her students for their annual dance exams and is a coach for the competitive team. She recently graduated from A.D.A.P.T.’s 3-year Teacher Training School and is now a certified dance instructor for this syllabus. She is also trained to teach Junior and Intermediate Acrobatique.
While still training and teaching, Natalie obtained a B.Sc. in Neuroscience and a M.Sc. in Occupational Therapy, both from McGill University. During her studies, she was a dancer and choreographer for McGill’s dance company, Mosaica, giving her the opportunity to work on her technique, creativity and style among dancers from across Canada.
Eager to learn, Natalie never hesitates to attend drop-in classes and workshops around Montreal to support her dance training. She has a passion for teaching and loves nothing more than seeing her students work hard and fall in love with dance.
