Dans'Atout was founded over 30 years ago by Carol Bolster. Carol was a professional dancer holding a Master's Degree in Ballet and Musical Theater Arts and who followed training with Dance Teachers of America. She performed for several seasons in CTV's The Julie Show, and had an extensive career before opening her dance school.
Many of Carol's students went to on have a professional career in dance and some students now have their own dance schools in the Montreal area. Through the years Dans'Atout had many wonderful teachers inspiring the students and still to this day, quality dance instruction is our main goal.
Under the direction of Melanie Beaudet with the assistance of Tod Fennell, Dans'Atout will continue to be a place of learning and fun for many future dancers.
We offer dancing and acting classes for children ages 3 and over, as well as an extensive program for teens and adults. Our goal is to give quality instruction to our students and to instill in them our love of dance. Teachers for our youngest students are carefully selected to ensure that children are taught in a caring and fun atmosphere. We follow a strict syllabus to ensure that the highest international standards of teaching are met.
